TRADITIONAL FACILITATION:

Facilitation skill training including group dynamics; effective pre-planning and preparation; building effective agendas; data gathering, analysis and decision making tools; building consensus; dealing with problem behavior; and evaluating your success.  This course can be custom designed in terms of subject matter and length of time to meet your specific organizational needs. 

FACILITATING GROUPWARE MEETINGS:

Hands-on, custom designed training and skill practice to learn GroupSystems For Windows or ThinkTank covering electronic icebreakers, problem solving and decision making tools, interpreting evaluative tool statistics, and displaying tool results effectively. 

TECHNOGRAPHER TRAINING:

Hands-on training and skill practice with GroupSystems for Windows or ThinkTank using GroupSystems Corporation training materials and handouts to achieve beginning proficiency.  Attendees will learn both the Leader and participant aspects of the software through lesson presentations, hands-on practice and role-playing.  The training includes setting up and running the activities, assisting meeting participants and troubleshooting the technology.
Prerequisite:  Knowledge of personal computers and Windows.
