US DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH & HUMAN SERVICES (HHS) PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES ENTERPRISE (PHEMCE) WORKSHOP
Facilitate a room of 48 workshop attendees to obtain individual stakeholder input that can be appropriately incorporated into future Biomedical Advanced Research & Development Authority (BARDA) strategic efforts.

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE "Care for Victims of Sexual Assault Conference"                                                                                                               As Track Facilitator, Ms. Holt was responsible for leading a team of 18 Department of Defense military officers, civilian employees, and non-profit association representatives through the week-long process of deciding how DoD will best structure its Department-wide (all services) response to sexual assault with respect to "confidential disclosure" and increased privacy.  

MODERNIZING THE ELECTRIC GRID REGIONAL CONFERENCES IN Tennessee, Ohio and Massachusetts                                                                   Provide traditional process facilitation services for a series of meetings attended by regional and local participants representing organizations focused on grid modernization (electric companies, consultants, politicians, and citizens).   Provide a collaborative session that included leading speakers on smart grid and grid modernization actions as well as facilitate consensus-driving activities on actions that can be taken to modernize the electric grid. 

UNIFIED NEW ORLEANS PLAN (UNOP) CONFERENCE for AmericaSpeaks   As part of the reconstruction of New Orleans, AmericaSpeaks organized three separate “Community Congresses” of thousands of participants meeting concurrently in different cities across the United States.  Ms. Holt provided facilitation and recording services for three Congresses which were held in the Convention Center in New Orleans, guiding a table of ten people from very different perspectives and backgrounds through the decision making process to answer the difficult questions about how to restore the city to a successful recovery.

“ORGANIZED CRIME:  A THREAT TO THE CARIBBEAN” SEMINAR for the Organization of American States (OAS) Department of Public Security           
Lead two groups of 15 regional and international experts to exchange experiences on the issues of and problems affecting the Caribbean in terms of drug trafficking (including money laundering), firearms trafficking, trafficking in persons, and gangs.  The outcomes of the working group dialogues will subsequently be crafted by the OAS General Secretariat into four unique work plans for combating organized crime in the Caribbean.
