The International Association of Facilitators (IAF) holds a North American conference at a different location each year. In 2003, JR Holt was one of the team of 10 local facilitators who organized the 2006 conference in Baltimore, MD. Over 500 participants came from all over the world to attend -- North America, Canada, Mexico, Great Britain,
Europe, Japan, China, Viet Nam, Australia and New Zealand.
